Where is my order confirmation email?

We will send two emails after you place your order: a confirmation email immediately after your purchase, and a shipping confirmation email once your parcel has been dispatched.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first.

If you used your phone number instead of an email address at checkout, you will not receive a confirmation email.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

It takes 2 to 3 business days to process and ship your order after it has been placed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left our fulfillment center.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 6 business days after your order has been processed. If your product is in limited stock, an additional 3 to 4 business days may apply.

Rest assured, we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Can I change my address?

If you made a mistake when entering your shipping address, you can still update it before your order is shipped.

In some cases, minor changes to the address can be made even after the order has been dispatched.

Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify your address.
